He is one of the few Ph.D. holders specializing in Chinese language and literature in the Vietnam’s Central Highlands region. Since 2008, when he turned 30, after 7 years of apprenticeship at Guangxi University and Huazhong Normal University in China, he took on the task of drafting a program to open the Chinese language major for Khanh Hoa University.

Before joining Thai Binh Duong University, he had many years of experience in the tourism, restaurant, and hotel industries in managerial and leadership roles. These practical experiences helped him develop a practical Chinese language bachelor’s program that closely aligns with societal needs, in line with the philosophy of “practical and comprehensive learning” in liberal education. Additionally, his prior good relationships with tourism businesses facilitated students in finding practical training locations. As a result, Chinese language students could effectively learn and apply knowledge with teachers both inside and outside the classroom.

With the motto “Transforming language passion into a sustainable career,” he not only brings a new vitality to Chinese language learning but also inspires and molds each student’s determination, instilling confidence in entrepreneurship and aiming for a life of financial independence, becoming pillars of pride for their families.
