Dr. Minh-Anh Nguyen

Dr. Minh-Anh Nguyen holds a PhD in Psychology, with more than 18 years of experience as a Psychology and Art therapy researcher, higher education leader, professor, and practitioner. He is now the Director of the Institute of International Education, Director of the Center for General Education & Innovation, and Head of the Office or Research and International Cooperation at Thai Binh Duong University.

As a people development expert, Dr. Nguyen has provided corporations with training and consultancy on human resources and behavior, including Deutsche Bank, DuPont, IBM, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, Novaland, TTC Group and during his Fulbright Scholar appointment in the United States, he taught at the University College Absalon (Denmark), Drexel University (Philadelphia, USA), One-to-World Organization (New York City, USA), John F Kennedy University (Berkeley, USA), and the University of Hawai’i (Honolulu, USA).

Foreign affairs and international cooperation are the unique strengths of Dr. Nguyen. He served as the Head of Research & International Cooperation Office at the National College of Education and Hoa Sen University respectively and was the founding Chair of the Department of Liberal Arts at Hoa Sen University. At the VinFuture Foundation, he represented Vietnam to the science and technology world, and hosted globally most prominent scientists and inventors.

Dr. Minh-Anh Nguyen has in-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese education and global higher education context. He is fluent in Vietnamese, English and Russian.

Nguyen Tran Bao Trinh
Deputy Director of the Center for General Education and Innovation

Degree: Master of Vietnamese Literature

Graduated from: Da Lat University

Field: Literature – Culture

Courses taught: Social issues: Tradition and modernity, Culture – society of Eastern countries, Culture and folklore literature of Vietnam

Trinh’s interests revolve around issues of gender, culture, and society. In her various roles as a lecturer, academic unit manager, and social activist in various projects, she has trained and advised schools of all levels, social groups in businesses, youth organizations, and women’s groups to create a diverse, harmonious environment that respects differences and promotes social commitment among youth and students.

Some projects Trinh has participated in under the auspices of the European Union and the US Consulate General, including the Young Integrity Champions under the project Integrity for a Transparent Vietnam” (LIFT VIETNAM); project “Towards the Universal Ratification and Domestication of ILO C190” (Towards ratification and adaptation of the ILO convention C190 on ending violence and harassment in the workplace); project “Gender Equality Across Vietnam Industries”; project Gender Spring School; project “The Beauty of Gender Inclusion in Career Orientation” and the project “Women In Tech”.

Hồ Thị Thùy Vân

With her interdisciplinary research orientation in Language, Culture and Psychology, ThS. Ho Thi Thuy Van is a lecturer with knowledge in three fields and the ability to combine them to create unique and creative lectures. She has a wealth of experience in teaching and training, especially with her dedication and enthusiasm for her work. She always updates her knowledge to help students make progress in their studies and develop skills in communication and creativity in language.

With her contributions to research, ThS. Ho Thi Thuy Van has outstanding research papers such as “Metaphors based on the relationship between the nature of objects and the hidden semantic layers of proverbs in folk poetry”, “Industry 4.0: A major challenge in training human resources for tourism in Khanh Hoa province”, “Cultural heritage needs to touch emotions to conserve and promote effectiveness”, “A multidimensional perspective on the end of the world in the short story ‘Green Leaves’ by Vo Hong”, and many others.

Dinh Thi Nga

Secretary of the General Education and Innovation Center

Degree: Master in Tourism and Administrative Services Management

Graduated: Faculty of Tourism of Hue University

Field: Tourism

Currently, she is responsible for administrative, academic, and educational tasks at the Center. In addition to my main job, she also participate in teaching internal courses such as Reception and Protocol in Diplomacy, Problem-solving Skills, and Creative Thinking.

Moreover, she have been conducting research in the tourism industry, especially designing and operating domestic tours in Da Lat, Khanh Hoa, and neighboring provinces.

She also has scientific articles related to tourism, such as: Factors affecting the ability to attract Korean tourists to Khanh Hoa, Development of healthcare tourism in the region central region.

She have also previously supervised and guided students on internship trips for courses such as the Central Heritage Route (6 days 5 nights) and Nha Trang – Da Lat Tour (3 days 2 nights) for the Tourism Highlight Route subject.

With enthusiasm, responsibility, and dedication to her work, she believes that she will meet the requirements and make positive contributions to the General Education and Innovation Center.
