The Science and Academic Board

The Board is the principal academic governance body of the University, with responsibility for overseeing teaching, learning and research. It oversees the quality of the University’s academic programs, and is responsible for policy on matters such as the admission of students, the curriculum, academic standards, and the award of degrees and other qualifications.

The Board works with the senior executive of the University as well as with the University Council, to ensure that the University’s academic programs and outcomes are of the highest quality.
