Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France
The Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France (UPHF) is a dynamic and modern public university of the French Republic. Located in the heart of Western Europe, the university is part of the academic network “Université Lille Nord de France”.
The university offers a diverse range of programs, from undergraduate to doctoral levels, across four main fields: Arts – Literature – Languages; Law – Economics – Management; Humanities and Social Sciences; Science – Technology – Health. UPHF awards French national degrees and uses the ECTS system.
UPHF is a multidisciplinary university encompassing one University Institute of Technology (IUT), three specialized institutes, three academic faculties, and one engineering school.
The Polytechnic University of UPHF offers a variety of study abroad programs, from undergraduate to postgraduate levels, with two main training systems:
- Engineering System (5 years): In-depth training, equipping students with solid knowledge and skills in the field of engineering.
- Traditional System:
- Bachelor’s (3 years): Provides a broad knowledge base, creating conditions for students’ comprehensive development.
- Master’s (2 years): Enhances professional knowledge, preparing students for research careers or professional work. Bachelor’s graduates can enroll in Master’s programs.
Special Feature: The International Business program is taught entirely in English, opening opportunities for international students to access advanced knowledge in a dynamic environment.
The academic year consists of 2 semesters:
- Semester 1: September – December
- Semester 2: January – June
Admission Requirements:
- French proficiency level B2 or higher.
- High school/university graduation with a GPA of 7.0 or higher.
- Depending on the major, an interview or English proficiency certificate (for English-taught programs) may be required.
Tuition Fees:
- Bachelor’s System (3 years): 2,770 EUR/year (approximately VND 76,175,000/year) – Total tuition fee: VND 228,525,000.
- Master’s System (2 years): 3,770 EUR/year (tuition fees are paid annually at the beginning of the academic year).
- Student Life and Contribution Fee: 103 EUR/year.
- Estimated Accommodation and Personal Living Expenses: 5,000 – 6,000 EUR/year (approximately VND 137,500,000 – 165,000,000/year).
- French Language Preparatory Program: 3,943 EUR/year (approximately VND 108,432,500/year).
Support from the University:
Pacific University and UPHF will advise and assist students in completing their visa application documents (without direct intervention in the visa approval process).
After students receive their visas, UPHF will assist them in registering for student accommodation.
