To meet the diverse needs of students at the school, the TBD Dormitory offers two types of rooms: 16 high-quality rooms (for 1-2 students per room) accommodating up to 32 students, and 67 standard rooms (for 6 students per room) accommodating up to 402 students.

High-quality rooms are fully equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, single beds, wooden wardrobes, a living area, and a private bathroom. Students have a dedicated space for studying, resting, and relaxing.

The rental fee for a high-quality room is 750,000 VND per month.

Standard rooms are equipped with basic facilities such as desks, built-in wooden wardrobes, clean shared bathrooms, and well-ventilated drying areas.

The rental fee for a standard room is 250,000 VND per month. Note: The room fee does not include additional costs such as application fee (50,000 VND); electricity (4,000 VND per kW); water (12,000 VND per m³); internet (20,000 VND per month); parking fee (100,000 VND per motorcycle per month, 50,000 VND per bicycle per month); cleaning fee (5,000 VND per month).
