He is one of the few Doctors of Philosophy specializing in Han Script Linguistics in the Central Highlands region. Since 2008, at the age of 30, after 7 years of study at Guangxi University and Central China Normal University, China, he undertook the task of writing a proposal to open a Chinese language major for Nha Trang Pedagogical College, now Khanh Hoa University.

Before joining Thai Binh Duong University, he had many years of experience in the travel, restaurant, and hotel sectors as a manager and operator. These practical experiences have helped him build a Chinese Studies undergraduate program that is practical and close to the needs of society, in line with the “practical learning – comprehensive” motto of the Liberal Education philosophy. In addition, his previously established good relationships with travel businesses also create favorable conditions for students to find practice and internship locations. Therefore, Chinese Studies students learn and practice effectively with teachers inside and outside the university.

With the motto “Turning language passion into a sustainable career,” he not only creates a new vitality in the study of Chinese, but also inspires and cultivates in each student a will to rise, confidently start a business, and aim for a life that is not only financially independent, but also becomes a pillar and pride of the family. He has, is, and will always build for his students the prominent 2G criteria: “Giot giang” (Talented) and “Giau co” (Wealthy).
