She holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and is also an expert for the international accreditation organization FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation).

Since 2020, she has worked at Thai Binh Duong University as the Head of the Banking and Finance Department. With over 15 years of experience in higher education and numerous international and domestic research publications, she aspires to contribute to and train a high-quality workforce in the field of Banking and Finance for the Central Coast region and the entire country.
