Mr. Pham Van Huynh graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Party Building and State Government in 2000 at the Sub-Institute of Journalism and Propaganda – Academy of Journalism and Propaganda.

He received a Master’s degree in Party Building and State Government in 2006 at the Academy of Politics.

He then completed his Ph.D. program in Party Building and State Government at the Academy of Politics.

With many years of working experience, he has worked and held many important positions such as Deputy Head of the Department of Party Building, Academy of Journalism and Propaganda, Director of the Startup Center, Academy of Journalism and Propaganda, and Director of the National Defense – Security Education Center, Academy of Journalism and Propaganda.

In addition, he has participated in many scientific research activities, chaired many school-level and ministry-level projects, specialized topics, and staff training. Some typical research topics chaired by him include:

Improving the quality of professional activities of the political theory department in military officer schools;
Enhancing the capacity of the teaching staff in innovating political theory teaching methods in current officer schools;
Improving the quality of political theory education for officer students in military academies and schools.
