Dr. Nguyen Thanh Man is an experienced legal expert with a Ph.D. in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the Academy of Social Sciences. He has held several important positions, including Examiner at the People’s Court of Quang Nam – Da Nang Province, Chief Judge of the Criminal Court of the Da Nang City People’s Court, Deputy Rector of the Court Official Training School under the Supreme People’s Court, and Deputy Director of the Judicial Academy.

In addition to his work at the courts, Dr. Thanh Mận is also a lecturer at several prestigious universities, such as Hutech University, Huflit University, Dong A University, Hong Bang International University, and the Judicial Academy. His research activities are also noteworthy, with numerous published works, including papers on the practical application of criminal case precedents in Vietnam and instructional books on judicial trial procedures.
