Ms. Duong Thi Thu Huong holds a Master’s degree in Legal Science from Voronezh State University (Russian Federation). Subsequently, she transitioned directly to doctoral studies, bypassing the Master’s level, specializing in Civil Procedure and Arbitration Procedure at the Russian Academy of Sciences. Regarding work experience, she has held positions such as Assistant Director, Legal Expert at Investelcom Co., Ltd. (2017-2018), Specialist in the International Cooperation Department at the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs (2018-2020), and at Smartcat platform Inc. (2020-2022), where she collaborated on the implementation of legal document translation projects and courses for multinational companies and corporations.

From February 2023 to October 2023, she served as Assistant Director and Head of the Administration-Human Resources Department at Union Light Viet Co., Ltd. She is proficient in Russian and English. Her current research topic is “The Language Characteristics of English-Vietnamese Contract Law and its Application in Teaching Legal English at Thai Binh Duong University.” Additionally, she has published several scientific research works, including articles on comparing the oversight powers of parliaments in the Russian Federation and Vietnam (2009), fundamental corporate income tax policy directions of the Russian Federation and Vietnam (2010), and issues related to international commercial arbitration.
