Ms. Dinh Thi Nga graduated with a Master’s degree in Tourism and Travel Service Management from Hue University. With 11 years of experience in the education sector, she has accumulated valuable experience from holding various roles such as Training – Admissions Specialist, Student Manager, Faculty/Center Support Secretary, and being in charge of academic and logistical activities in seminars.

With over 5 years of experience in the field of Domestic Tour Design and Operation, she has brought valuable experiences to the tourism industry. As a person passionate about learning and with a creative spirit, she also has research articles published in specialized journals and teaches subjects such as Problem-Solving Skills, Creative Thinking, Reception and Diplomatic Etiquette.

With a high sense of responsibility, adaptability, and flexibility in her work, she is always willing to support students, helping them have motivation and confidence in the learning process, and is ready to support, share, and create a positive working environment for colleagues and students.
