She has extensive experience in training and policy consulting on gender for schools, businesses, youth organizations, and women, aiming to create a diverse environment that respects differences and promotes social engagement practices among youth and students. Her teaching and research topics revolve around issues of literature and ethnic culture.
Some of the projects she has participated in, under the auspices of the European Union and the US Consulate General, include: the Youth Integrity Champions (YIC) program within the framework of the “Integrity Young Leaders for a Transparent Vietnam” (LIFT VIETNAM) project; the “Towards the Universal Ratification and Domestication of ILO C190” project (Towards the ratification and domestication of ILO Convention C190 on ending violence and harassment in the workplace); the “Gender Equality Across Vietnam Industries” project; Head of the Spring School on Gender project; and Technical Advisor for the “The Beauty of Gender Inclusion in Career Orientation” project.
