She graduated with a Master’s degree in English Language from the University of Da Nang and has over 14 years of experience teaching English. Over the years, she has held various roles at reputable English training institutions in Vietnam, such as English teacher at the Australian International School Vietnam; Head of Training Department at New Era English Center; English Lecturer at Khanh Hoa University.

During her time at Thai Binh Duong University, she has taught courses in Tourism Business English, Syntax, Contrastive Linguistics, and participated in several tourism research projects with the Faculty of Tourism and experts from the PUM organization (Netherlands). She also enjoys exploring and innovating English teaching methods to provide learners with the most engaging and effective lessons.
