Mr. Tran Van Hoan currently serves as the Head of the South Central Regional Office of Tien Phong Newspaper. He holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics (Tay Nguyen University), a Bachelor’s degree in Literature (Dalat University), and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language. With over 17 years of experience in the field of journalism, Mr. Hoan previously worked as a reporter for Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper (2007-2017) and is currently an Editor at Tien Phong Newspaper.

He is also the author of numerous scientific research topics on linguistics and journalism, notably “Questions in journalistic interviews” (2022) and “The practice of implementing copyright protection laws for Vietnamese electronic journalistic works” (2022).
