Ms. Van Thi Thanh Hien graduated with a Master’s degree in Teaching English from the University of Leicester, a top 26 renowned university in the UK, with an excellent research paper. Previously, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in English Language at the Banking Academy, Hanoi, and was honored to be among the top 10% of students in her department directly selected to defend her thesis.

Before joining TBD (Thai Binh Duong University), she spent many years teaching at leading international schools in Hanoi, such as TH School and Ban Mai Education System. With her role in managing foreign teachers and being in charge of training expertise, she brought innovation and new vitality to education.

As an English lecturer with over 10 years of experience and practical experiences studying abroad, she understands the value of English in opening up many opportunities to explore the world, integrate into the international environment, and build multicultural relationships. Her favorite motto, which she always wants to convey to students, is “Try a little harder, dig a little deeper, get closer to success.”

With an open and dedicated teaching style, she wishes to bring a delicate combination of professional knowledge and everyday stories. Each class is not only about imparting information but also an opportunity to experience, share, and discover oneself. She always aims to help students build a solid foundation in English, become more confident on their career path, and integrate internationally.
