Mr. Vo Quoc Toan, holding a Master’s degree in English Language with a specialization in TESOL from Benedictine University, USA, and a series of prestigious certificates from the British Council, IDP, Hue University of Education, along with an IELTS 8.5 certificate, has accumulated over 5 years of experience in teaching, researching, and developing the English language community.

Before pursuing a teaching career, he spent 6 years working in international and domestic business environments, with diverse experience ranging from Hospitality to ERP Software and Media Production. In 2024, he was recognized by the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee as an outstanding volunteer in the “Khanh Hoa Residents Speak English” project, contributing to enhancing English proficiency for the local community.

Mr. Vo Quoc Toan’s teaching philosophy is not only to impart knowledge and skills but also to create conditions for students to be confident, self-directed learners with sustainable motivation. He consistently applies modern technology combined with practical experience to create an effective and creative learning environment.

In his role as a lecturer at Thai Binh Duong University, Mr. Vo Quoc Toan is committed to providing sustainable value to students and the university community by equipping students not only with specialized knowledge but also with effective communication skills, the ability to use online resources for self-study and career development. Simultaneously, he also helps students broaden their cultural understanding to confidently integrate and succeed in the international environment.

With the application of technology in teaching and the encouragement of creative thinking, he hopes to improve the quality of education and develop the academic community at Thai Binh Duong University by implementing flexible learning methods that are suitable for modern generations of students.
