Dr. Bui Thi Loi graduated with a Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Hanoi. She used to work at Ha Tinh University and held the position of Lecturer in Marxist-Leninist Philosophy at the Faculty of Political Theory.

Some of her notable published research works include:
