Mr. Nguyen Duy Huu is an experienced legal expert who has dedicated many years to the judicial sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and subsequently pursued further research, earning a Doctorate in Law.

He has held numerous important positions such as Deputy Director of Justice, Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Lawyers Association, Senior Judge – Chief Justice of the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Court, etc.

During his tenure, both in professional practice and teaching, he has produced many valuable scientific research works in the field of law, such as: “The Practice of Adjudicating Cases Related to Gender-Based Violence at the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Court”; “The 2015 Criminal Procedure Code in the Context of Building a Socialist Rule of Law State in Vietnam,” etc.
