Dr. Nguyen Huu Liem is a distinguished scholar with a diverse educational background and extensive teaching experience. Dr. Liem began his academic career at Oklahoma State University (USA), where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science. He then continued his education, receiving a Master’s degree in Philosophy and a Doctorate in Law from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Alongside his solid academic foundation, he possesses rich teaching experience. He served as the Chair of the Department of Philosophy at San Jose City College, California, from 1998 to 2021. Since May 2023, he has held the position of Lecturer in the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at Thai Binh Duong University.
