Dr. Phan Ngoc Ha holds a Doctorate in Economic Law from the Faculty of Law – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He has many years of extensive work experience in various agencies and organizations, including the Department of Justice of Da Nang City, the Ministry of Justice, Global Petro Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Da Nang Branch, and Duy Tan University.

Based on his experience and expertise, Dr. Ha can bring many practical benefits to Thai Binh Duong University students, including in-depth knowledge of economic law and banking law, lectures combining theory with practice, scientific research skills, and opportunities to expand their network of relationships.

He can impart in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of economic law, banking law, and banking operations to students. His practical work experience allows him to integrate theory with practice in the teaching process, giving students a realistic and vivid view of the profession.
