Dr. Tran Cong Truc is one of the leading experts in the field of Vietnam’s Maritime Law and Borders. In addition to his extensive professional knowledge, Dr. Tran Cong Truc also has good foreign language skills, proficient in French and English, which helps him easily access international research materials and participate in international scientific conferences and seminars. Prior to teaching at the Faculty of Law and Public Administration, Thai Binh Duong University, Dr. Tran Cong Truc spent many years working in the Vietnam People’s Army and the Government Border Committee.
