He holds a strong academic foundation with a Master of Public Policy, specializing in Leadership and Management, from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management at Fulbright University Vietnam. Currently, he is continuing his academic journey as a PhD candidate in Public Management at the International University, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. His research focuses deeply on public policy, particularly the interdependent relationship between economic and education policies to create sustainable impact.

Prior to his management role at Thai Binh Duong University, he gained over a decade of practical experience leading large-scale youth and community development projects at reputable organizations such as Live & Learn for Environment and Community (Live&Learn) and Oxfam in Vietnam. Furthermore, a successful entrepreneurial period from 2018 to 2021 in the service and experiential education sectors honed his sharp management skills and innovative mindset.

At Thai Binh Duong University, he is applying his diverse experience from community development, entrepreneurship, and policy research to enhance the effectiveness of communications and admissions activities. He expects to contribute to strongly promoting the University’s core values and educational philosophy, while building comprehensive partnerships with students and the community, thereby realizing the vision of developing high-quality human resources for Khanh Hoa province and the region.
