Recently, 40 freshmen and sophomores majoring in Korean Studies had a field trip to Selectum Noa Resort Cam Ranh.
This trip was part of the “Cognitive Internship” course, aiming to provide students with an opportunity to experience a professional working environment at a high-end resort. This allows them to gain practical insights into various job positions, internship requirements and conditions, as well as future career orientation.

At the program, students participated in engaging interactive games; networked and exchanged experiences with former interns; directly interacted with the resort’s management team about job positions, compensation and benefits, internship conditions, and career development opportunities; and explored the modern and luxurious working environment of the resort.

The resort management shared insightful information about career opportunities for students of Thai Binh Duong University. Notably, Korean Studies students will be entitled to attractive privileges.

Firstly, students will be given priority for internship positions at the resort with attractive allowances, ranging from 3 to 5 million VND per month depending on their capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience, familiarize themselves with a professional working environment, and develop career skills while still in school.

Secondly, the resort is committed to investing in the development of the university’s students through soft skills and professional training courses. These training courses will help students enhance their personal capabilities, become more confident in their work, and be well-prepared for future challenges.

The experience at Selectum Noa Resort Cam Ranh left a positive impression and valuable lessons for the Korean Studies students. The trip not only helped them gain a deeper understanding of the operations of a high-end resort but also opened up attractive career opportunities.
