On September 30, 2026, Victoria Pacific University (VPU) became a destination of Canva World Tour 2026 – “Creating with Canva AI,” giving students the opportunity to experience creative tools firsthand, explore AI applications, and connect with representatives of the Canva community in Vietnam.
This marked the first time Canva World Tour – Canva’s global creative event series – came to Vietnam. As part of the tour, VPU was the event’s destination in Khanh Hoa and the only venue in the South Central Coast region.
Held at Hall A401, the event attracted a large number of VPU students. Under the theme “Creating with Canva AI,” students explored how AI can be applied to design, presentation development, content creation, and personal branding. Through hands-on demonstrations and activities, Canva AI tools were introduced in an accessible and practical way, helping students apply them to their studies, club activities, and real-world projects.
The program featured 2026 Canvassador Nguyễn Xuân Bình Minh, CEO of Minh Duy Solutions, who has more than 15 years of experience in Marketing Agency and has actively contributed to building the Canva user community in Vietnam. At the event, he shared practical insights into design and communication, while guiding students on how to leverage Canva AI to turn ideas into engaging and creative visual communication products.
In addition to the professional content, students had the opportunity to interact, participate in minigames, and receive gifts from Canva. The atmosphere became even more vibrant as students explored new features firsthand, asked questions, and discovered different ways to apply AI to creative work.
Canva World Tour 2026 at VPU was jointly organized by the VPU Library and Canva Vietnam, creating an additional space for students to learn, explore, and experience new technologies.
The event concluded with new experiences and insights into Canva AI, while opening up further opportunities for VPU students to stay updated with technology, develop their creative skills, and proactively apply digital tools to their studies and personal projects.
