On the afternoon of March 11th, the opening ceremony of the Korean Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) program was held at Thai Binh Duong University. This is a training collaboration between FPT Software and the Faculty of Information Technology at Thai Binh Duong University, the first of its kind in the South Central Coast region.
With a unique combination of a technical curriculum and an intensive Korean language course, students will experience a multicultural learning environment, preparing them for a global IT career, particularly in the Korean market.
Students participating in the program not only have the opportunity to interact with leading technology experts at FPT Software in the technical field but also receive dedicated support throughout the process of developing communication skills and understanding Korean culture. After completing the program, students who meet the standards will participate in FPT Software projects in the Korean market and have the chance to work in South Korea.
Twenty IT students from Thai Binh Duong University are participating in the program. “When I registered for this program, I hoped that I would be able to speak Korean fluently and contribute to working long-term at FPT Software,” shared Phan Tho Thien, a third-year student.
A journey full of excitement but also challenges lies ahead. We hope that our 20 students will remain steadfast to reach the end of the journey and achieve their personal goals.
