Victoria Pacific University (VPU) recently welcomed 10 international freshmen from Vanuatu, marking the beginning of their university journey in the coastal city of Nha Trang.
Travelling thousands of kilometres from the Pacific island nation of Vanuatu, the 10 students have chosen Victoria Pacific University as the place to continue their academic journey and personal development. They will study Public Administration, while gradually familiarizing themselves with the educational environment, culture, and daily life in Vietnam.
During their first days at VPU, the Vanuatu students participated in the Orientation Week for new students, an important activity designed to help them become familiar with the university environment, regulations, and support resources available throughout their studies.
As part of the program, students were introduced to student services and facilities, as well as learning platforms such as LMS and Unisoft. They also received essential knowledge and skills in areas including rescue and emergency response, fire prevention and safety, while learning more about scientific research activities and development opportunities at VPU.

Welcoming international students contributes to a diverse and multicultural learning environment at Victoria Pacific University, providing opportunities for Vietnamese and international students to connect, learn from one another, and grow together in an increasingly internationalized educational setting.
We wish the 10 students from Vanuatu a smooth transition to their new environment, meaningful connections with new friends, and many memorable experiences throughout their university journey at Victoria Pacific University.
