On the afternoon of December 26, 2025, at the outdoor stage of the University of the Pacific Ocean (UPO), the Faculty of Economics and Management organized a student exchange program titled “Brilliant Journey.” The event attracted the enthusiastic participation of a large number of students and lecturers from the Faculty, creating a vibrant, engaging, and energetic atmosphere filled with youthful spirit.

The program was held to provide students from different majors and cohorts within the Faculty of Economics and Management with opportunities to meet, interact, and strengthen connections. At the same time, it aimed to encourage students to confidently express themselves and proactively integrate into a new academic environment.
The program consisted of two main parts, designed in a diverse manner that combined team-based physical activities, creativity, and hands-on experiences.
Part 1: Warrior Spirit
From 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., students participated in team-based activities designed by the Organizing Committee. The challenges required coordination, creativity, and a strong sense of teamwork, enabling students to enhance their group-working skills and strengthen bonds among classmates as well as across different cohorts.
The atmosphere became increasingly lively with laughter, cheers, and a positive competitive spirit—true to the “warrior spirit” that the program sought to inspire.

Part 2: A Culinary Adventure
Continuing from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the teams entered the segment titled “A Culinary Adventure.” This activity allowed students to showcase their dexterity and creativity through the preparation and presentation of dishes that had been prepared in advance.

Beyond the culinary aspect, each presentation carried a message of connection, encouraging students to share stories, values, and the spirit of youth through their dishes. The activity helped promote initiative, attentiveness to personal well-being, and stronger bonds among team members.

After the competitions concluded, the Organizing Committee summarized the activities and presented awards to the participating teams, including: Outstanding Team Award, Warrior Spirit Award, and First, Second, and Third Prizes for the Culinary Competition. These awards not only served as encouragement but also recognized the students’ active participation and creativity.
The program concluded in a joyful, warm, and emotional atmosphere, leaving many fond memories for the students. “Brilliant Journey” contributed to building a united, dynamic, and creative student community within the Faculty of Economics and Management, reflecting the educational spirit and values that the University of the Pacific Ocean strives to promote.
