A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between the Drone and Aerospace Innovation Project team at Jeonnam State University (South Korea) and the Information Technology Faculty of Thai Binh Dương University. The main purpose of this agreement is to facilitate the exchange of academic programs related to AI and drone technology.
Accordingly, Jeonnam State University will provide a comprehensive curriculum for students majoring in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and Information Technology at TBD. This curriculum will include teaching modules on Drone technology, programming and data structures, aerial graphics and simulation, 3D printing of drones, digital signal processing of drones, and augmented reality (AR) applications for drones.
With this collaboration, the Faculty of Information Technology at TBD is given wings, allowing students to soar and lead in the 5.0 era. They can freely create and apply technological knowledge to address practical societal needs such as disaster monitoring, 3D mapping, fertilizing large-scale crops, or even fast delivery without the need for shippers.
During a recent working session, students from Jeonnam State University delivered an impressive drone performance, combining sound, light, and skillful drone piloting techniques, particularly a captivating drone football demonstration. Professor Chun Jong Hun, the director of the AI and Drone project, shared that the drone football performance is one of the activities that will be featured at the 2024 Olympic Games, promising to bring new and exciting experiences to audiences worldwide.
