On the morning of January 10, the University of the Pacific Ocean (UPO) welcomed more than 400 high school students from five institutions – Trường Chinh High School, Hoàng Văn Thụ High School, Nguyễn Thiện Thuật High School, Trần Cao Vân High School, and Ninh Hòa Continuing Education Center – to participate in the Campus Tour 2026 program.

Campus Tour 2026 opened with vibrant and energetic performances, helping to break the ice and create an exciting atmosphere that encouraged interaction and connection among students from the five schools and the dynamic UPO student community.
During the event, Grade 12 students had the opportunity to explore UPO’s modern learning ecosystem and take part in a series of in-depth, hands-on activities related to various academic disciplines. Faculty-designed minigame booths not only brought moments of fun and laughter but also offered students a clearer picture of the University’s 23 diverse academic programs.

Notably, through two talk shows titled “Why Go to University?” and “Studying in Nha Trang – Earning an International Degree,” faculty members played a guiding role, helping students address questions about academic pathways and career opportunities in the era of global integration. For students concerned about employment outcomes, the University reaffirmed its commitment to graduate employability and its practice-oriented training model, with over 30% of the curriculum dedicated to hands-on experience at enterprises.

For students interested in an international learning environment, UPO introduced six high-quality programs taught entirely in English, along with optional additional foreign languages such as French, Russian, Korean, and Chinese, opening pathways to becoming global citizens right in the coastal city of Nha Trang.
Within the framework of the program, faculty members also shared information about more than 400 admission scholarships for the 2026 academic year, offering practical encouragement to prospective students with the message that “With effort and passion, UPO is always ready to accompany and support you.” Particularly noteworthy was the “Khanh Hoa Future Leader” scholarship, dedicated to outstanding local students who choose to pursue key or high-quality programs at the University of the Pacific Ocean.

In addition, students were introduced to “The Road to the Great Voyage,” the largest non-English-major English competition in Khanh Hoa Province. The competition serves as an academic platform for Gen Z students to demonstrate language proficiency, critical thinking, and confidence.

Although today’s Campus Tour has come to a close, the experience of a human-centered, modern university environment will undoubtedly serve as valuable preparation, helping Class of 2028 students move forward with greater confidence in their upcoming important examinations.
In the coming time, UPO Campus Tour will continue to open its doors to warmly welcome more teachers and students from high schools across the region to visit and explore the University.
